A few months ago, an American friend who lives in Siberia, sent me a CD of her music. What stood out to me as I listened to the words was the perspective the songs were written from. They were written by one who, in her seeking to follow Christ, was living and ministering and raising a family far from her home in Georgia. There is a richness and a beauty only one living such could write.
Last week, as I was listening to the album, I realized I had the photos to make a video for one of the songs. It seemed the photos were made for the song …maybe they were.
The friend is Michele Womble. She lives with her husband, Joey, and their two adopted children in Novosibirsk, Russia (Siberia). It is home.
The song is from her CD called “A Few Small Fish”. For samples of the other songs on her album, to purchase her album, or to just find out more about her and her music, go to http://michelewomble.com
It works best to view the video in HD and large screen. (If your connection speed is slower than the video, do this: click HD “on”, open the large screen, and hit “Play”. After it has started, hit the pause button. The video will continue to download. Then when it has fully downloaded, hit play.)
